Subject: [CR] Fwd: crimped tubing steel bicycle

Hi,

I have built up a lugged steel bicycle frame with crimped tubing. Thecomponents are all reasonably modern. I am trying to find out what brand the frame was if possible.

My research indicates that it is gilco tubing, but not a colnago. It doesn't have any colnago symbols anywhere on the frame. The bottom bracket has no cutout other than two horizontal slits. There are columbus SLX decals, but they may not be original (though they look a little old).

Whatever it is, it rides like a dream, and this research is just for curiousity.

High resolution pics are at the below link. If you need a particular angle, let me know.
