Did you end up winning the frame too?

I thought it was worth saving - too bad it had been broken up - but for su re the fenders, chain cover and frame and as many of the original parts sho uld stay with the bike - would make a very cool around town bike... I can't remember - were the bars and stem together with those components? T hose city bars are some of my favorites...
