To add to Mark's post, I rank my 1975/1976 Italvega Super Speciale (identic al frame as Superlight model, just a different color) as one of my top or f avorite riding bikes!!!  Build "quality" is on par with other Italian fac tory marques from the period.  Dual-taper "Colnago-style" seatstays are a nice touch (referred to as bi-conical by Italvega).  Recall some posts p oking fun/frustration/anger at Torpado/Italvega for their "Pogliaghi Diamon d" lookalike lug cutouts.

I also own a 1972 Super Speciale which is also nice, but doesn't have the s ecret fast mojo that the 75/76 has.
