Well...... just as no discussion of Crescent frames is complete without a tip of the cap to the Crescent poster girls who populated my dreams as a late teen, so would a discussion of period lubricants be empty without a mention of the -- ah -- sales representatives who showcased the Dri-Slide products at the New York show in the late 70's.

Reminds me -- I think that was the first time I met Richie, Ben, the Toga gang, oh yeah, and Eddy, Freddy, Ugo, and Ernesto ... hmmn, who else ....

Sigh. A delightfully misspent -- and long-lasting -- youth.
