I much appreciate the breadth of experience and knowledge about these Scott Mathouser brake pads!
For everyone's reference - the consensus on and off list is that 1) these early edition Mathouser Pads are glued into the mounts, hence cant be replaced by any modern pad 2) They look really cool 3) They are seriously dangerous 25+ years later - known to unglue and slide off. I like cool --- I like my unbroken neck more. Thanks everyone.
