i posted scotts info on the classic bike section of the german "Tour forum", a bb run by german magazine "Tour".
To my surprise, the editors of that magazine picked that info up and inquired further. According to Thomas Musch, they inquired further. According to Musch, Alberto Masi says that the Vigorelli has been modernized a couple of years ago. A rebuild of the Velodrome to an event arena has been the subject of discussion lately, but no decisions have been made yet. He also says it is not true that he will have to move to a new location this year.
