I'm thinning the herd (actually, my wife's herd - she insists on having no more than 5 bikes at a time, so one had to go). It's a frameset (and extras) from that semi-legendary genius T. Kageyama at Zunow. The model is Z-1, size 54 (ctt), made in the late '80s. Of course, except for the evolution of a few graphics and fancy frame details, it could have been made before 1983. It's lugged steel, with custom-drawn Tange (I think) tubing and all the bells and whistles - Pentagla, Horn System, Ditchex, biplane rear brake bridge, yadda yadda.
If you haven't owned and ridden a Zunow you have missed out but here's your chance. If you already have one, then your wife, husband or significant other probably needs one, too. Or maybe, like me, you need several Zunows to keep you happy.
If one of you CR members in the US is the lucky winner, mention it to me at the end of the auction and I will split the shipping with you 50/50. Overseas CR buyers will also get a break (or some nice freebie) to be determined.
