Subject: [CR] Presta adapters

I generally use an SKS floor pump; the same as Zefal "Husky," I think. Anyway, it has a Presta adapter that works fine up to about 100# and then it blows off the valve. Can anyone recommend another adapter? Perhaps one of the Zefal, Topeak, or Silca Schrader/Presta combo heads?
