Subject: [CR] CR List archive search technique question

Mark, Thank you for so diplomatically posting the helpful suggestion about using the archives, and using a subject line that allows users to find your sug gestions! I"m a search novice, with

A comment: it helps to make search terms singular ("tubular" catches more than "tubulars")

A question: does the "and" need to be in caps? I had just finished with s earching another site where "and" and "or" need to be capitalized, am not clear about this site.

A question: can wild cards be used? Example: "tub*" would catch those fo lks talking about tubbies or however they spell it. "Camp*" catches Campy , Campag and Campagnolo.
