Great day to be out on vintage steel, although  heat records will fall this weekend, with 87 predicted for Sunday. ( I'm leading a 40 mile ride Sunday, from Walnut Hill Park in New Britain (10 am start), vintage riders welcome.)

I just did an errand ride on a funky Super Course mixte I built-up.  I had stolen the crankset for another bike, so after I attached the replacement, I had to take her for a spin.  Loads of fun, even if it is a bit small for me.  Pre-crankset-swap pics: http://tinyurl.com/565d42

I also wanted to share this video of the Clams.  Some of you may know them as the "house band" for the NE Musclebike museum swap held each summer. (Classic content?) They have branched out on the mobile.  I helped with two lonely tandems I had residing at my house. The music is definately on-topic.  Watch for them at a large metropolitan bike tour soon! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J3et7V0X0EM
