As the fact that this bike isn't a '67 will be blindingly obvious to anyone likely to bid on it (or with that seller's name), I'd consider the error in the listing and the seller's dismissive refusal to acknowledge it more a statement on the seller's clear lack of character and ethics than a misrepresentation likely to affect the bidding.
