Yes, the number of vendors at this past weekend's swap was pretty slim, but as Tom Hayes pointed out, there were at least a few interesting items (and I'm sure plenty more that we never laid our eyes on that were purchased in the parking lot).  Agree that the weather forecast of rain/severe thunderstorms probably kept folks away, but understand that the Spring event is always smaller than the Fall.

The small Cinelli B model was a nice original bike (with replaced front wheel), but priced a bit high at $2000.00 in my opinion for the slightly challenged cosmetics (i.e., light frame surface rust).  I made an offer, but that was politely refused.  Look forward on seeing this bike on eBay in the near future???

I ended up buying the Swiss Condor mentioned by Tom and Charlie.  Kinda interesting bike that I estimate as early 1960s.  Typical fancy fade Swiss "Mondia/Allegro" paint on a Reynolds 531 DR frame with Nervex Pro chrome lugs.  Equipped with second generation Open-C Campagnolo downtube shifters, Gran Sport derailleur, steel cottered cranks w/Simplex rings, Weinmann "single spring" Vainqueur centerpulls.....  Still can't decide if this was intended to be a city bike or road bike,,,,frame is fitted with fork blade generator/dynano bracket, threaded studs on seattube/downtube for chainguard, and left chainstay bracket for a wheel/frame "lock" that is missing  (the lock that is - anyone have one of these things???).  Strongly suspect that the GB stem/bars with Carlton hoods are not original to the Condor.

I personally was pleased with my sales results, as I sold three (3) of the four frames I took.  Wish that I could have made the NJ "Fat Men" ride, but unfortunately had to pass this time around.

Always great to see CR listrmembers that included:

- Scott Ramsay (all the way from NC - we traveled together and rode the previous day) - Joel and Curtis from Via - Tom Hayes - Larry Osborn - Sam Fitzsimmons - Charlie Petry - Charlie Young - Mike Schmidt - Billy Rounds - Dan Artley - Steven Maasland - Steve from NYC (for some reason your last name evades me!) - Matthew Bowne (thanks for the cards!)

Regardless of the size of this event, I had a great time and was pleased with what I bought and sold!
