Depending on what tire you where trying to mount onto the Torelli rim - you may or may not have issues. I mount tires on a daily basis. I am a mechanic/shop owner. Knowing Torelli products very well I would use their Torino tire(tan side wall) or Vittoria or Schwalbe. There are other good brands on the market. I would not use any wire beaded tire and there are a few brands I would not use. But that is a personal issue. There is always the occasional sizing issue between tires and rims. Torelli puts out a quality rim.

I am going to have to vote no on these. They are the most difficult rims to mount tires on in my opinion. I had to use Kevlar reinforced tape as my rim strips just to get an extra 1mm to get tires on and it was a battle.

Sure, they look good and traditional but they are just ridiculous to mount.

You can google "Torelli Master tire mount" and read some threads on them. I think they was a batch that was worse than other but save your fingers!
