I go along with Jerry, but I think the 700's are a bit nicer that the luxe comps. It was love at first sight (or maybe spin) when I first saw a pair mounted to a wood base at the NY bike show one year, long ago. I got a pair via a Raleigh Super Tourer that I bought new, a bike I wish I had held onto....at least I kept some of the parts.
