Better yet say it's a Super Record cheater bar from a Colnago. Some seller in CH got some rather ridiculous prices for some pieces using this strategy recently, the crown jewel being a set of what look to be Triomphe calipers that fetched $159.37 which in that condition and correctly identified would ordinarily be very lucky indeed to have brought half that figure.
