I checked the archives for Up Sports and Hattari, the only two labels I can find on a nice looking steel bike handed to me last night at the Ride of Silence (I am a local organizer). It does say ultralight on it in a couple of place. It's steel, the seat tube and down tube are aero, has Nito Olympiad bars, Sun Tour deraileur, Sugino cranks. Any ideas where to start looking would be appreciated. I've just never seen one.
