Hi CR List!

Check out the article in "Outside Magazine" on L' Erotica. Starting on page 84-88 then on to 109. Even has a graph of altitudes and road types (gravel vs. asphalt) on page 88. I like the Tommasini pantagraphed Campy chainring on page 84. Article is called "Giro di Salame". Best header says: "L' Erotica, it should be noted, is not a race but a randonne'e, a road trip for the pleasure of the ride. Still, it's a point of considerable pride to finish the longest route within the "heroic" time frame of 5am to 7pm." I also liked the period correct bike outfits depicted.

Oh and Dale there is even a "plug" listing the CR page under "Do it yourself" on page 88!

Check it out,

No affiliation with the Magazine just a subscriber..

One suggestion is to go to your local Book/Coffee store and peruse it there.

Enjoy!

Getting ready to tour on a Bruce Gordon "Rock and Roll" (non KOF) 500 miles of gravel and 500 miles of asphalt from Inuvik to White Horse in Canada's Northwest Territories. (Darn I will miss the Cirque but it is on the Calendar in 2010).

Ciao,

Tom Hillman
