Well, I'm a big fan of Galli, in part because I like to make the point that while Campy was of course the most famous Italian component maker, they were by no means the only one, and equally good stuff came from a variety of other Italian manufacturers.

IIRC, I bought some of my Galli stuff from Nels during his first stint on the CR list. Nels, in the last year or so, before you recently rejoined the list, I posted photos of a couple of bikes built up with mostly Galli stuff, much of it gold anodized. In both cases the frames are red, which is set off nicely by the gold Galli components. The first was my Limited Edition 50th Anniversary Paramount. The second, only a few weeks ago, was my mid 80's Alberto-built Masi Prestige. If you search the archives, you should find the posts with links to the photos. Good to have a fellow Galli fan back on the list.

\r?\n> Having had/still have several very nice Galli components, I

\r?\n> which I have recently seen another set go for, these are a

\r?\n> In any case, I have my stock of Galli parts, and thought I

\r?\n> Years ago, I purchased a stock 81 Rossin that was full

\r?\n> these days, expect to pay $100+

\r?\n> If there are any other listers out there that use Galli
