Oops, first try had improper sign off - sorry.

I just picked up a bike that's got me wondering... All the info I can find leads to the conclusion that AMF never produced any decent road frames (for the market) but this actually appears ok to my beginner eye. It's white with an AMF decal on the dt and a blue and red graphic decal on the tt (1976??). Dropouts marked Shimano. Lugs possibly pressed and have a bit of a nervex appearance. 48ctc seattube, 52ctc toptube. Suntour Superbe levers and calipers. Vx rear derailleur. Dura Ace front. Dura Ace dt shifters. Tourney cranks MKS pro pedals. Super Champion Gentleman rims with Shimano HF hubs. Nitto Olympiade bars. DA headset. I'd guess that this is sourced out but I'm wondering if anybody knows who actually built it. thanks for reading. Ken Willow Chicago, IL
