I still haven't figured out whether the lock rings would be French thread or regular, but regular cogs thread right onto the hub. The wheel came with two freewheels, so I am looking for at least one lock ring. I'll be glad to get a standard lock ring which I can always use for another wheel. We'll be at Cirque tomorrow evening if someone has one to deliver. The track bike has brakes for the road, but I'd like to be able to stop without risking unwinding the cog, and the track wheel set's tires are too old to trust.
