As much as I would not wish to contradict Mr. Sachs in 1973 and 1974 Cinelli was happy to sell me all the sand cast crowns I could handle. Shells too. And you better have plenty of time an a bunch of files to make 'em look good. I can never look at a nice chrome plated Cinelli fork without thinking of the crown's original state.
