For those interested in my trek. I began blogging about my biking and attempts at better health and fitness. I figured I could speak more openly about topics that might be considered non CR related.

Thanks to those who have already offered their encouragement. It was also pointed out to me what a moran I can be. No british trikes for me. They are set up to be ridden on the wrong side of the dang road. Glad I didn't waste the stripper dollars.
