Not all that rare - they show up on eBay fairly regularly. The rather odd thing about women's Paramounts is that the top of the headtube seems to be significantly higher than the top of the seatube - which would tend to place the bars rather high. Perhaps Schwinn thought a lot of women would favor upright bars, even though one often sees these bikes with drop bars. No doubt the women's Paramount is rarer than the men's, though not super rare.
