The QR is how Campy made it. I don't mean to speak out of turn, but Euclid may have been the worst group they ever made. It was incredibly heavy, huge and didn't work at all well. The QR seatpost design was not a Campy invention, SR, and perhaps others, had a similar design about four years earlier.
