I'm a fan of Veloflex Pave's.  A bit pricey but very very pretty, classy and tough! http://www.wekeepyoucycling.com/en/p-217-veloflex-pave-tire.aspx

Somebody needs to tell yall about Torelli Torino Brown (gumwall). So here goes.  A 700x23 tire with 240tpi and goes for about $35 and is a smoking good tire. Handmade (like Vittoria) also made in Thailand (like Vittoria) and is classified as a Open Tubular (like Vittoria).
