Back when I lived in Shreveport, Louisiana in the mid-1980s, a very dear friend of mine who was stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base owned a Harry Quinn.  IIRC it was built-up full Campy Super Record - a beautiful bike!  I recall "Harry" (as Jeff referred to his pride-and-joy) as having a relatively short wheelbase with fairly steep angles.  Jeff had a C&A team jersey that he often wore - I recall it already being a collectable even back then.
