Howdy,
Just wanted to thank you for helping with my L'Eroica story in the current/June issue of Outside Magazine.
It's called "Giro di Salame," by Bucky McMahon, and it's getting great feedback.
Bob Freitas appears (altho he wouldn't let us call him "Nitro" Bob!!!) as a sage counselor, to humorous effect.
Also, Bucky's Trek was procured with the help of Dale Brown, of Cycles de Oro. Thanks again, Dale!!!
The issue will be on newsstands a bit longer if anyone wants to check it out. This is the best way to enjoy the piece, with fotos, altimetry profile, add'l info, etc., but the text will eventually make its way onto outsideonline.com.
