I do remember the Bike Barb's Eisentraut. As I recall though, it was a light tanish color with the custom painting on it. Who knows, maybe it's still out there.
When I worked at Masi one of the guys had Ron Smith, the painter at the time, paint the bike chocolate brown (or genuine poo brown) when it was brand new. He also had all the flags cut off the DT decal, leaving just the "Masi" in yellow letters. That became a trend for a while, later on at Masi.
I wonder where David Vanderlinde is, and I wonder if he still has his poo brown Masi?

Speaking of the pretty poo-brown R.H. Does anyone remember the beautiful Brown colored Barb Wire Speciel bike that belonged to "The Bike Barb" of the early 70s? It had a strand of barbed wire painted on the top tube. I tried every way I could to duplicate that scheme ,but, just didn't have the expierance. If it ever shows up, I'll have to max out PayPal.
