IMHO it looks a bit peculiar dressed that way - as if built by a committee. This looks like an EBay special!!
The Resilion brakes are okay, but unlikely to have been used on such a machine in the late-40s? The lamp looks a bit peculiar, never seen one like that before! I like to see these "club" bikes with mudguards, but that is my own preference.
