Hello, again---

A fairly early ('50s, probably, but could be somewhat older or younger) set of Stronglight 49D alloy cotterless crank arms, marked "Depose" and NOT "Marque Depose."

(N.B., See the CR archives discussion, in which I participated, on how difficult it is to accurately date these cranks.)

Length is long, especially for the era---175mm. So if you have a vintage machine needing long Stronglights, these would be dandy.

Pedal threading is English, so you won't have to fool around finding French pedals, even if your bike is French.

Condition is good, with typical but certainly not excessive wear. They present themselves quite well on an original machine. I would keep them but now realize my French project requires steel cottered cranks, as the builder usually fitted them.
