I have just got my frame back form the re-spayers:

As you can see there is a derailleur hanger, we thought either it was brazened on or the whole dropout is not original. Given this addition what would you suggest for gears ,that is era correct and a great component. Initial I was thinking of something Campy, but we would really appreciate your advic, on what would work well and fit.
Once the project is complete I will sort out a proper photos for the Flickr page.
