Lily Herse has claimed that her father made Bobet's bikes, and several Herse owners have told me the same thing.
I'll second Jan Heine in the opinion that the bike photographed in b/w in the photo posted by Aldo has a very Hersish look about it, particularly the fork top and front dropout.
