Special Campy tool for that freewheel, as Greg said. Quite hard to find, even in some of the "better" shops. I have one, but unfortunately I'm not in NY. I do remember a time way back, before I acquired the tool I have and couldn't afford to buy one, I was able to modify an older two-prong remover (can't remember what type) to remove a freewheel. I worked the prongs with a file to narrow and angle them enough to get purchase on the FW keyways. Fortunately, the FW wasn't too stuck and it broke free. I think I was lucky, because I probably had one shot before killing the tool or ruining the FW, so I can't really recommend this method. Funny what we'll try when we are young and brave (and more often foolish).
