On ebay there is listed a c1938 Sibbit track f/f. Item # 130325219244
Just curious if this is really a path racer as opposed to a track frame and if someone out there is willing to educate me, what are the differences. I gather from past posts that in this period, folks would have one frame and that they would change components out for different purposes. Also are the fittings on the fork and left seatstay for fenders or lights?
