If I were to try it I would do the following:

Drive side spokes = 15g Opp side spokes = 15/16/16g

Find a 9/10spd rear hub in which the opp offset is 32.5mm - 34.5mm instead of 34.5-36.0mm...they are hard to find but I've run across 'em.

(Chosen A5127 is 34.5mm / 17.5mm Opp and Drive.)

Lace drive side 3X Lace opp side radial.

Aim for a drive-side tension in the 90kgf to 100kgf range...expect to settle for closer to 90kgf...forget today's 110kgf-120kgf. Ain't gonna happen...
