As this is a pretty common question I want to point out that Reparto
Corsa built bikes always used Campagnolo dropouts so those using Gipemme
or others should indicate a mid range bike built else where.
This certainly applies to period up to our cut off date of 1983 and I
expect it also follows true for later and much later frames
