I would think that Blackmailing a seller is alot more of a violation than ending a listing early and selling your property to whomever you please. Since when did eBay begin controling commerce ? If someone did this to me I would dilligently persue the "blackmailer's" (read 2nd shlub's on the deal). If "johnny come late" want to start acting like inner city Pawnbrokers and hassleing anyone on the block that wants to buy from a seller then this is a dark time in the hobby. If you don't like sloppy seconds then get there first. (and keep your mouth shut until you seal the deal).
