thanks for the details! I've seen a Vitus with very similar blackened SR bits and pantoed details recently here: http://www.rennrad-news.de/forum/showthread.php?t=64786

This migt also be from Van Herweden? On the other hand, Listmember Michi Schmid has a Chesini with the same pantographed bits, and if i got him correctly, that bike has never seen the Netherlands.

I think to determine the make of the Ebay "van Herweden" frame, we would need a closeup pic of the seatstay/set lug detail.
