I was recently contacted by a woman in Colorado for info on Joe Tosi. Joe was the ABL of A rep. when I first got into bike riding/racing in the early seventies. I know that Mr. Tosi was influential in CT (I live in CO) bicycling laws, and that there was at one point a memorial race in his honor. I am, however, having a horrible time finding information on him and am wondering if you and your organization could help with any information (clippings or pictures or stories would be GREAT, but anything is hugely appreciated) or a direction to go.
