A year ago or so I sent out a post looking to replace a seat binder bolt on my Cotten lugless....I have now found the solution and since I could not locate the answer and the list seemed stumped, I am posting it for archival info. The brit threaded seat binder bolt commonly used on Cotten, Hurlow, Flying Scot, Bob Jackson, Mercian etc.....is a 5/16 inch bolt and it has a 24TPI count. Available in an allen head. I did have to file down the bolt head to fit into the recessed binder opening. Happy days....
