It's not clear to me how your predicament will be solved by using 2 adjustable cups. Those will still give you right-hand threading on both sides, which isn't what your require. Swiss threaded BBs have left-hand threading on the drive side.

Here's how I solved a similar problem a number of years ago: I used a TA French threaded adjustable cup on the left. For the drive side I used a Stronglight Swiss threaded cup. I had to buy the entire Stronglight BB to get that fixed cup, but the kit also included a lock ring that fit the TA adjustable cup.

So there are then 2 important considerations: 1) Where can one purchase these pieces? I bought them from Mel Pinto Imports.

2) If you use the TA and Stronglight cups, you must use a spindle meant for thin-wall cups, such as a Campagnolo Record or Grand Sport piece.
