I can't see detail in the photo...not even enough to tell if its really a Paramount. (Since Super Sports, Sports Tourers and some other mid range models had the same size/style round head badge in the 70s, there were some cases of folks trying to 'upgrade' cheaper models to 'Paramounts' by changing the head badge only or in some cases also the water transfer decals (which Schwinn used to sell over the counter to anyone). Better/closer/detailed photos and/or a serial # might help? What is the componetry on it? Known history? Columbus tubing suggests 80s or later US built bike as earlier bikes (up through the mid 70s) were almost all Reynolds, and 80s vintage/series Japanese built frames were mostly Tange tubing. Angles, etc. suggest a P-10/13 model...though the designation changed in the 80s as the 'Series' models came out?

There was a Paramount frame on eBay recently in about that color scheme (with no decals) that sold fairly cheaply. The seller didn't know if it was an original color or a repaint job or what the tubing was. The one on eBay was not my size, and the paint looked rough in the pictures...suggesting it might not have been original paint?

There is some help on the web pages from the current Paramount production facility...start here:

The factory also offers what they call a "Provenance Report" on any given Paramount. You tell them what you know about the bike (again serial # is good starting point) and its history and they tell you what their records show about it. See here:
