Uh oh... Joe, looks like you may have a serious problem here. From what I can see in the picture, I am afraid a repair, and not such a good one, has taken place here. I hope I am wrong... This warrants a closer look.?

what Dale said. In addition, it appears the fork is an early-70s item, the main frame might be contemporaneous, but those are lugs you never see on any colnago. Could this be some kind of price-point frame, like the International? I know we here in the US didn't see all the flavors of Colnago Ernesto was pumping out in the '70s. Could this be a shop-brand bike, for instance?

Interesting anyway. Too bad about what appears to be a lug-catastrophe on the down-tube..
