Subject: [CR] Stolen Campagnolo Items

Folks,

Unfortunately I was the buyer of one of the items stolen from the Cupertino Bike Shop. I filed a claim with PayPal stating the items were stolen and listed the case contact information.

Case # 09-248-275C Detective Gabriel Gonzalez #1934 Office of the Sheriff Santa Clara County 1601 South De Anza Blvd Cupertino, Ca 95014 Work # 408-868-6632

The money was quite quickly refunded into my PayPal account. Here is a copy of my instructions as to what to do next:

----------------------------------- What to Do Next ----------------------------------- By accepting this refund: You agree to notify your local law enforcement agency that you received a stolen item and will cooperate with their investigation. Upon request, you will provide PayPal with a copy of the law enforcement agencys written report. If the stolen item is not confiscated by a law enforcement agency or other entity, you are required to send it to the following address:

Attn: PayPal Buyer Protection Claim PayPal Returns PO Box 45951 Omaha, NE 68145-0951

In addition, you agree to assist PayPal if:

The seller appeals the result of your complaint; or If any civil or administrative action is taken relating in any way to this claim and/or transaction.

Thank you for your patience and continued cooperation.

Sincerely, Roxanne Protection Services Department PayPal, an eBay Company

I chose to send the items back to PayPal with Delivery Confirmation.

Hope this helps anyone else who may have purchased from this seller.
