A couple of short pieces of wood or metal strip with a pivot to make a protractor and relieved at the pivot to clear the lugs. You can buy such a tool with angles marked at the hardware store but it needs shortening and modifying to clear the lugs. Phil Brown Easy peasy in Oakland, Calif.
