Cratoni is a german maker. The guy who founded the firm is named Krauter and "italianized" his name to Cratoni. He made or sold some really nice frames for a period, mainly in the 80ies. Early made frames were sold as Krauter. I have no clue whether he also built frames in Germany or whether he had them made in Italy. The latter is highly possible. Today it is a maker of helmets. Hi All,

Anyone know what this is? I'm guessing it's a contract built frame. It's Columbus SL, says it's made in Italy, Campy short dropouts, Italian bb etc. Cannot tell the age, but looks to be a decent frame.

Any info out there?

Thanks,
