I believe they were used until 1959 or 1960. "Fishmouth" is a new one on me. I've also heard them referred to as "Wolf" lugs because they resemble the forward point of a wolf's ears.
I just finished a 1959 Cinelli restoration project. I will be posting pics soon on Wooljersey.
