The brush on materials, latex emulsions, such as Tire Life, will repair very little. They merely replace some lost latex on some tires, and perhaps should be regarded as preventative rather than curative. They also help to attached loose base tape. A very valuable tubular tire with a bulge can be stabilized using specialized glues, but, then can then only be used for show and at very low pressure. Another alternative which I have not yet used, is to fill the bulging tire with another material-again this tire then can only be used for show. George George Hollenberg MD CT, USA
