i doubt anyone was using that seat lug, those track ends and those fork tips in the 80's. that looks like more modern stuff. actaully...it reminds me of the "alien" frames that are sold now that all the brakeless fixed gear riders are getting..not to mention the front phil hub. the story about it being built for nat'l competition...lolz.

notice the seatlug, brazing of the seat stays to the seat lug, the track ends and the fork tips are identical... http://alienbikes.com/gear.php
