Subject: [CR] Schwinn-approved; was Re: What Rims for early 70's Paramount P-13???


It has always seemed to me that the Schwinn alloy stems with the "S" in a diamond (<S>) were so similar to the GB stems that GB may have been the supplier. Anyone given them close scrutiny or know if GB made them for Schwinn.

Also, were the ubiquitous Schwinn-approved hubs private-labeled Normandy Sports?
